New building consisting of 25 apartments and 24 garages (1998-2000).
This condominium was erected in a pre-existing garden and took its cue from the characteristic belvedere at Villa Borella, a historic residence situated nearby. This design feature was used to create a common space at attic level which could be used either for individual activities such as relaxing or sunbathing or social occasions such as a welcome party for new owners.
The previous existence of a path leading up to the property encouraged us to incorporate a double-height entranceway into the building, which creates a focal point on the facade.
