New construction of a residential block with 34 apartments and 4 shops (2000-2002).
When a pair of swans made their home nearby, overlooking the building site, this good omen led us to name the project “Swan Tower”.
Particular technical problems were involved in constructing the underground car park, at a level below that of Lake Maggiore. This achievement demonstrated the integrity of the project, even in the context of extremely crowded conditions. An attractive glass lift takes you up to the covered terrace, affording a wonderful view over the roofs of Intra.
