Complete renovation of a building, dividing it into 13 apartments with provision of 22 parking spaces (1999-2002)
The building was originally constructed at the same time as the Hotel Garoni (1865), and served as a stable and a store with ice house. It was accessible both by a public road and from the lake, much used for transportation during that period. In 1955, a surveyor, Franco Pasquali, transformed it into a dwelling along rationalist lines. Our total renovation of the building included a range of technical and functional operations, including the excavation of two levels of underground parking below Via Vittorio Veneto.
