VILLA MICHELIN PARK
Redevelopment of an ancient building compendium overlooking Lake Maggiore; the project is divided into several projects within the park:
1) redevelopment of a historic Villa with subdivision into 10 spacious apartments, all with lake view;
2) redevelopment of existing buildings in the park: "Fattoria" divided into 5 apartments, "Casa Roccolo" and "Casa Scoiattolo"
The splendid views and delightful setting of the park, combining sheltered corners with wide vistas towards the lake, are certainly conducive to relaxation and reflection. This extensive property enjoys a high degree of privacy and exclusivity despite being readily accessible, including by helicopter.
The buildings will combine classic and contemporary elements in their design, and guests will be able to choose between the total privacy of the individual units and the social atmosphere of the areas designed for wellbeing and relaxation.
